Frequently asked questions.
Clear answers for professionals using the RLA to serve brick-and-mortar businesses.
What is the Revenue Leak Assessment?
The Revenue Leak Assessment (RLA) is a short, self-reported business diagnostic. It helps service-based businesses reflect on lead response, follow-up, customer retention, referrals, reviews, and reactivation. Results provide a score and priorities to discuss; they are not a verified audit of CRM records or proof of lost revenue.
Who is the RLA designed for?
It is designed for agencies, consultants, SaaS teams, AI solution providers, and other professionals serving brick-and-mortar and service-based businesses, such as med spas, salons, clinics, fitness businesses, and home-service providers.
How can the RLA help me win more clients?
Offer a useful diagnostic before or during a discovery process. Review the prospect's stated priorities, validate them with questions, and build a relevant recommendation. The RLA supports better conversations; it does not guarantee meetings or sales.
How does the assessment work?
You share your buyer-specific assessment link. A prospect completes a short questionnaire, receives a results report, and the service provider receives information to prepare for a more relevant follow-up conversation. The diagnostic is based on submitted answers.
What does the service provider receive?
The Commercial RLA is designed to provide prospect contact and business information, scoring and priorities, and private sales-preparation intelligence such as discovery questions and suggested conversation angles. See the published sample for the current presentation.
Can I use it before a discovery call?
Yes. It can help prepare for a booked call, support a conversation already in progress, or provide a relevant reason to reconnect with a stalled opportunity. Always validate findings rather than treating the score as a verdict.
Can custom AI agent developers and SaaS providers use it?
Yes. The findings can guide discovery about qualification, missed inquiries, staff handoffs, follow-up, or reactivation. They do not establish that AI or any particular software is the correct solution.
Does it connect to my CRM?
No. Customer CRM integrations are not included in the initial Commercial RLA offering. Do not assume submissions will be automatically written to your CRM.
How much does it cost and what counts toward my allowance?
The proposed monthly plans are Starter at $49 for 10 completed prospect assessments, Growth at $99 for 20, and Pipeline Pro at $249 for 60. Allowances count completed prospect assessments, not Twin task runs. Checkout, renewals, and reset rules must be verified before launch.
What happens after a prospect completes an assessment?
The assessment is processed into a report and the provider receives the associated buyer intelligence through the configured delivery process. For launch, IMS plans manual buyer activation after payment verification; specific delivery and support procedures will be confirmed during end-to-end testing.
