Service description

The Commercial RLA is a self-reported business diagnostic and sales-preparation resource for subscribed service providers. It is not a financial audit, guarantee of increased revenue, or substitute for validating a prospect's actual workflows.

Subscriptions and allowances

Proposed plans: Starter $49/month for 10 completed assessments; Growth $99/month for 20; Pipeline Pro $249/month for 60. Confirm billing currency, taxes, renewal dates, allowance resets, overage handling, refunds, and cancellation effective dates against the final Stripe configuration.

Activation and support

At initial launch, IMS plans to verify payment and provision buyer-specific access manually. Confirm service start timing, support hours, and notification procedures before publication.

Acceptable use and data handling

Subscribers must have appropriate rights and permissions to invite prospects and process their information. Add verified consent, anti-spam, intellectual property, restrictions, security, and confidentiality terms.

Legal provisions to finalize

Insert accurate entity name, governing law, limitation of liability, warranties, termination, dispute handling, contact details, and effective date following legal review.
